Bye Bye Long Locks

I have been contemplating cutting Gabrielle's hair for quite some time now. With the change in the seasons her pretty curls have turned to straight, stringy, not so flattering hair. So after some more thought and a brief conversation with Travis I scheduled an impromptu cut with Jillian. I have cut her hair multiple times myself, however this was Gabrielle's 1st professional haircut. I enticed her with a little McD's and a sucker afterwards.

She was too cute this morning ... she woke up and said her usual good morning Mama and within the next breath asked if her hair was still pretty. She is concerned it will grow back too fast. Although I will miss her long locks come summer time (when the heat and humidity bring out her natural curls) I do like the new look.
